**We apologize but due to the Canada Post Strike shipping has had to be adjusted to accommodate UPS/FEDEX shipping rates, if you would like us to hold your items aside until the Strike has resolved please call or email us** This does not affect decor rentals.
All products ships from British Columbia, Canada.
Shipping Rates Our standard flat shipping rates are provided when you select the item you want to purchase. We will notify you of any additional charges prior to shipping. After the order is received, we notifiy the customer if additional shipping charges apply for extreme remote areas and/or extra large packages.
Shipping Times Items are generally shipped within 24-48 hours after the order. If there is any delay in shipping we will notify you immediately.
Special Shipping Charges Please note additional shipping charges may apply when shipping to extreme remote destinations. Additional charges may also be applied when shipping extra large packages. We will contact you by phone before we ship your order, if this is the case.
Shipping & Tax Policies All orders are shipped regular post without requiring a signature upon receipt and the customer is responsible to ensure that a safe place is provided to drop off the package. If a customer does require a tracking number and signature upon receipt of the product, an additional charge will apply and a note must be made during the checkout process.
Backordered Merchandise We do our best to keep everything in stock at all times. If something is on back order, or if you order an item that is marked as pre-order merchandise, we will notify you and ask if you would like us to hold your order until everything is available and will ship it to you at one time or ship what we have in stock. If you would like us to ship what we have ahead of time, additional shipping costs will apply.
Order Confirmation You will receive an e-mail receipt from us detailing your order. We will also send you an e-mail when your order ships. Once your package has left us, we no longer track it and are not responsible for items lost in the post. If you would like a tracking number for your package please let us know and we will advise you of additional shipping charges. |
