I want to have a certain theme for my daughter's birthday which you don't list on your website.  Does this mean you aren't able to rent me the decorations?

At Pretty Up Parties we love to come up with new decorating themes.  If you have a specific theme in mind and we have the time to create it, we'd love to help you out!

I noticed your parties are mostly for kids and showers.  Do you do custom parties like a 40th birthday party?

We can create a custom party just for you.  These parties require a bit more time to create and the prices may vary accordingly.  Please contact us for more details as we'd love to hear your ideas.

Do you decorate weddings?

Not really.  We simply don't have enough decor to fit a large hall.  However, if you are having your wedding in your home and you'd like it to have a theme, than give us a call, we'll see what we can do!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept credit card through paypal, email fund transfer transactions, personal cheques and of course cash!

Do I need to put down a deposit when I book?

When we have confirmed that your Theme Decor Kit is available for your party date we require a $50 deposit to hold your confirmation.  Full payment is required one week prior to your event. 

Do you have a cancellation fee?

Your deposit becomes non-refundable if you cancel within one week of your party date.
